Yes. Slyde Over offers FREE shipping within the Continental United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations may require additional charges.

How do I track my order?

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is marked delivered, the carrier is responsible. Slyde Over will assist with claims but cannot guarantee replacement.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • Not installed
  • In original packaging
  • In new condition

Restocking fees may apply.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • Big Brake Kits
  • 2-Piece Rotors
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Used or installed products

These cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to Slyde Over error or defect.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Warranty

Do Ghost Rotors come with a warranty?

Yes. Ghost Rotors include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This covers material or manufacturing failures under normal driving conditions.

What is not covered under warranty?

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Racing or track use
  • Overheating or abuse
  • Installation errors
Are Big Brake Kits and 2-Piece Rotors covered?

No. Big Brake Kits and 2-Piece Rotors are considered performance components and are final sale with no warranty coverage.

Fitment & Installation

Will Ghost Rotors fit my vehicle?

Yes — if the correct vehicle and trim are selected.

Should I have a professional install them?

Yes. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Improper installation can cause noise, vibration, or reduced performance.
