• Slyde Over is not liable for improper installation, misuse, racing damage, or unauthorized modifications
• Products are intended for off-road and performance use unless otherwise stated.

2. Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before purchase.

Slyde Over is not responsible for incorrect orders due to customer error, but we will assist with exchanges when possible.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Slyde Over reserves the right to:

• Cancel any order for fraud prevention
• Refuse service at our discretion
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors

Customers may request cancellation before shipment.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Slyde Over is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost packages after confirmed delivery
• Customs delays for international shipments

Shipping risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
