Slyde Over Return Policy

Slyde Over accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below. Some high-performance items may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Product Condition & Window

  • Product condition: New only
  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

Method & Fees

  • Method: By mail
  • Return label: Customer is responsible for shipping
  • Restocking fee: 15% of the product price
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return must be approved before shipping
  • Items must be in new, resellable condition

Final Sale Items

Certain high-performance items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Big Brake Kits (BBK)
  • 2-piece rotors
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Installed or used parts

These products are built specifically for performance applications.
