Slyde Over accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must not be installed
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must be in new, resellable condition
  • Return must be approved before shipping

Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items (NON-RETURNABLE)

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Big Brake Kits (BBK)
  • 2-Piece Rotors
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Installed or used parts

These products are built specifically for performance applications.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Restocking fees help cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

No restocking fee applies if the return is due to Slyde Over error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Defective product
  • Slyde Over fulfillment error

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

Slyde Over is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately:

  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

We will resolve the issue quickly.

Refund Processing Time

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within:

5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
